How do I know if my product has a warranty?
On the product page, on the description of the product, there is a mentioned for warranty.
How can I claim warranty?
- If your product is non-functional on arrival, or is otherwise eligible for exchange, you can call frj.com.pk at 021-32272010 within 7 days of Delivery to initiate a exchange (subject to terms and conditions). Check our exchange Policy here.
- If more than 7 days have passed after delivery, frj.com.pk will not take responsibility. If the product has a warranty, a warranty card will be included in the packaging. To claim this warranty, please contact the authorized service centre using the details stated on this warranty card.
